i´m preparing a presentation for leaders in regional development in austria about e-inclusion. therefore i´d like to show some best best practices in access, e-learning and empowerment of people by ict around the world.

therefore i´d be interested especially in (multi-purpose) community technology centers, library involvement and other local/regional access points that could lead to a "networking society".

please tell me your ideas and/or web links which can be considered as best practice projects.
